We are Millers Automotive Service, a busy, well-established, family owned, independent automotive repair shop focused on quality service and honest relationships with our customers. We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact between our customers and technicians. You will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, writing repair orders, communicating estimates, and ensuring a smooth, positive service experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting and assisting customers in person and on the phone.
- Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting vehicle issues.
- Writing repair orders and communicating with technicians.
- Preparing and presenting repair estimates.
- Updating customers on vehicle status and timelines.
- Recommending needed maintenance and repairs.
- Scheduling appointments and managing workflow.
- Handling invoices and payments.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor preferred.
- Automotive knowledge or background.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude and team mindset.
- Valid driver’s license.
